ASSOCIATION BUSINESS
You may now pay association dues through automatic withdrawal. Simply download the Automatic Payment form, fill it out, sign it, gather the required account information and either mail or drop off the completed form and information at Pinnacle's offices. (Hint: To save time, you may right click on any of the links on this page--except for the Adobe Reader link above--and select "Save As..." to save a copy of the document on your hard drive. Remember to save your work after you've filled out the forms!)
Grounds Modification Agreement
Download the form to your computer, enter the appropriate data, then Save and Print* the file. You may then hand-write (or type) a description and/or draw a diagram of the work you are proposing to do or have done.
Use this form if you cannot attend an Association meeting. It helps us to have a quorum so business can be conducted with input from the members.
HOME SECURITY
If you're going to be away from your house for an extended period of time, you may ask the Pittsfield Police Department to do drive-by property checks on your house in your absence. Download and fill out this form and then either mail, hand-deliver, or fax it to the police department. (Address and phone number are included on the form.) There is no fee for this service and it provides some peace of mind while you're away.
Authorization to Hold Mail
There are now two ways to get the U.S. Postal Service to hold your mail while you're on vacation.
Fill out the USPS form, online. Please read the FAQ before you fill out the form. It has useful information that will answer questions that will, undoubtedly, arise while you're filling out the form.
Download this form, print and fill it out, then leave it in your mailbox for the postal worker to retrieve. The minimum hold period is 3 days, maximum is 30 days. It's best to get this to the postal worker who delivers your mail at least two business days ahead of when you're leaving.
TIP: Before putting the notice in the mailbox, put the notice in a sealed envelope addressed to "Letter Carrier." You may also mail the form. Make sure they get it about two business days before you plan to leave.
