Board Meeting
Attendance by Co-owners
The Arbor Ridge Board of Directors meets roughly quarterly.
Board meetings are scheduled for March, June & September with the Co-Owners' meeting in the fall replacing the winter meeting.
Additional meetings may be held if a need is identified by the Board.
Meetings are generally on the third Tuesday of the identified month.
Should any Co-owner wish to attend a Board meeting, please use the contact means provided on this website to
request an audience with the Board.
Because members of the Board have other jobs, the Board sometimes
must reschedule the meeting time and place, so if you wish to
attend a Board meeting for any reason, please provide at least 10 days
notice from the third Tuesday of that month.
If key attendees have conflicts, or Association business does not merit a meeting, the Board reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled meeting. In all cases, the Board will make reasonable effort to ensure that co-owners may meet with the Board.
