Minutes:

The meeting was called to order at 6:35pm followed by introductions of Directors, Management, and attendees.

Frank Lotfian opened the discussion to co-owners. Harriet Charson suggested placing a stop sign facing westbound traffic on Christina Way to slow incoming traffic. The group also mentioned a yield sign instead of a stop sign, and approaching the township or county for recommendations. The Board of directors agreed to discuss the topic. Ryan May noted that high water in the drainage areas this year, and the overgrown vegetation in the aforementioned areas. The Board agreed to review the cost of removing the vegetation.

There were no nominations for director.

The Board recognized insufficient attendance for a quorum. Jeff Fry motioned to accept the ballot for directors as presented. The motion was passed by a majority vote. Therefore, Frank Lotfian, Gary Charson, and Jeff Fry were reappointed.
