Jeff Leonard reviewed the year-over-year financial results from Oct. 2003 to Oct. 2009 as well as YTD expenses.

7:10pm to 7:15pm – Election of directors

Elected: Gary Charson, Frank Lotfian, Jeff Fry

Motioned, seconded, and unanimously approved acceptance of ballot as-is with additional nominee Gary Charson

Nobody had any news to report on the adjacent subdivisions. Construction continues on single-family homes.

Ron Torrella’s service to the Board was officially recognized.

Co-owners raised concerns about the status of leased units. The Board will review potential countermeasures for poorly maintained leased units and encouraged co-owners to send complaints.
