Annual Association Meeting on Tuesday, December 02, 2003, convened at 7:45 pm
at the Pittsfield Township Offices, 6201 West Michigan Ave., Pittsfield
Township, Michigan.
Eight
co-owners were represented by proxy, and nine co-owners were present, yielding 17
co-owners present in person or by proxy, falling short of the quorum of 18
co-owners. No votes were conducted. The current board members will remain by
default.

Torrella reviewed his latest news on Veri v. Fletcher. The news (again)
indicates that there might be construction beginning next year.
Laura
Burke won the $50 Home Depot gift certificate giveaway. Gary Charson won the
