The Annual Association Meeting on Tuesday, December 03, 2002, convened at 7:30 pm at the Pittsfield Township Offices, 6201 West Michigan Ave., Pittsfield Township, Michigan.

Eight co-owners were represented by proxy, and six co-owners were present, yielding 14 co-owners present in person or by proxy, falling short of the quorum of 19 co-owners. No votes were conducted. The current board members will remain by default.

The co-owners present were introduced to Jeff Leonard from Triangle Management.

Ron Torrella reviewed his latest news on Veri v. Fletcher. The news indicates that there will likely be construction beginning sometime next year.

Peggy McEvoy won the $50 Home Depot gift certificate giveaway. Larry Voight won the $100 cash giveaway, AGAIN! Prizes will be awarded by mail. Names were drawn from a hat.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
